Own entrance above the beautiful, bright wintergarden. Eatingplace in the wintergarden. Cozy living room with tiled stove, comfortable sofa bed (extended lying surface 1.80 x 2 m) , open kitchen with dishwasher oven, induction stove. The bathrooms are located on the first floor and 1st floor. In the master bedroom on the 1st floor, there is 1 double bed (1.80m x 2.00 m) and 1 single bed in a sleeping alcove (0.9 m x 1.90 m) . Access from the bedroom to a small additional bedroom ca. 6 qm (children bedroom) with 1 bed (1.40 m x 2 m) , sideboard, small window, separated with a door. Access to the balcony from the master bedroom.
